Fundraising allows us to supplement the shop’s income, enabling us to make improvements to the shop itself and the valuable service it provides.

Our BBQ of locally made sausages in the Homebase carpark  (Sat May 20th)raised £130  in 3 hours – despite the wind and rain!

The raffle at Homebase raised £365 over the weekend of 8/9 April. Thank you to all who supported by donating prizes (including Homebase), sold tickets and bought tickets! Brilliant result!

Our village Quiz Night (April 7th) raised £174 for the shop. Thank you to all who took part!

To everyone who supported the Lesley Waters / Chefs on Stage event at Bradley House last week (8th Feb) – see our news page for photos

To those of you who support us by Easyfundraising – we have to date (September)  raised £680. This has enabled up to set up our new coffee area. (Total raised at Feb 13th – £868!!!)

Thanks also goes to Nick Morgan for kindly supplying the outside tables and seating.

Thank you to Maiden Bradley Players for their donation. This will be put towards the purchase of a new till.

Fundraising Events

The Open Garden event was a great success, raising £944 which was split equally between the shop and the Warminster Food Bank.

A huge thank you goes to Liz and Patrick for hosting the event in their wonderful garden. All that watering, weeding and deadheading was very worthwhile!

Thank you to  Geoff Bowles of Ivy House Farm who donated the Jersey clotted cream and to all who donated cakes and plants including Lakeside Garden Centre.

A very big thank you to all who supported us, all the helpers from Maiden Bradley and to the team from the Warminster Food Bank.

Donations 

Thank you to those who have so generously donated.

£100 donation was received from the Maiden Bradley Pantomime Group.  This money has been put to repairing the bench in our outside seating area and some new plants for the pots.

The Maiden Bradley Parish Council gave us a grant of £139 to buy a new small larder fridge for keeping our sandwich making equipment.  This has now been installed.

Lakeside Gardens at Crockerton donated some pots and bedding towards the outside seating area.
